Demon Design: Djinn

Laura's Dullahan creatures strongly influenced my design of the djinn solider

Djinn are fear and ruthless demonic soldiers used by the government military under project day break. The highest ranking solider of the military and only used when riots occur and when patrolling/cleansing is needed in certain areas, Djinn are midway aggressive dominant demons. Feared by most of New York, Djinn only speak in demon language and among themselves, equipped with a standard Gatling gun The weapon alone makes people shiver with fear.

Djinn rarely reveal their faces in such a manner like in the picture. The helmet they wear is designed to lift if needed. Djinn have the incredible ability of to look in the eyes of a person and paralyses them in a state of panic. The ability used is designed to render the victim into an inescapable state of being "frozen in fear". It is done by a certain frequency of brainwaves that are collated among the three eyes directly from it's brain.

Ways to prevent A Djinn from attacking you:

The standard methods of demon prevention do help hinder a Djinn from attack eg. Salt, mistletoe, Parlo Santo wood etc., but due to weapons supplied, it can catch you at long range. away from effecting perimeters.

Djinn are incredibly strong for their straw like structures. And it makes them near impossible to kill. But being so long and gangly can be a hindrance, ducking under legs would help escape.

The weakest point of a Djinn is it's eyes, but they only tend to reveal them if they wish to use their abilities to kill you, which isn't often.

The best thing to do in a Djinn attack, is hide. There are little to no ways of stopping a Djinn attack, but for compensation for their strength their senses are weak for a demon, with no sense of smell and weak hearing they rely solely on their sight to navigate their surroundings
